You will research competitor ads, identify winning content strategies, and write engaging, conversion-focused scripts for short-form videos and digital ad campaigns. If you enjoy understanding why ads perform well and turning insights into creative ideas, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities * Competitor Research: Analyze Meta Ad Library, Instagram Reels, and competitor campaigns to identify successful hooks, trends, and messaging strategies. * Ad Scriptwriting: Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and video advertisements. * Creative Concept Development: Generate fresh ideas, attention-grabbing hooks, and compelling ad angles based on audience interests and pain points. * Visual Script Breakdown: Describe scenes, on-screen text, dialogues, and audio cues to help the video editing team execute scripts effectively. * Content Analysis: Study high-performing ads, understand audience psychology, and develop original variations inspired by market insights. * Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, graphic design, and video editing teams to bring creative concepts to life. * Content Optimization: Incorporate feedback and refine scripts to improve engagement and campaign performance.
