- Work very closely with our clients to understand & review their Marketing Automation strategy and requirements, developing the solution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for optimizing performance.
- Confident working with Marketing Cloud, understanding data points, writing data queries in SQL, utilizing HTML email templates and Ampscript, and configuring Marketing Cloud Connector with Salesforce
- Communicate effectively with clients to execute email and mobile campaigns
- End-to-end understanding of SFMC Platform (Email Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, Mobile Studio, etc)
