Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager Company: AIQU Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: We are hiring Salesforce Project Manager to join one of our major clients based in Dubai, UAE About the Role * We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise Salesforce transformation initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. * The role will manage projects end\-to\-end, from discovery and solution design through development, integration, testing, deployment and hypercare. * The ideal candidate will combine strong project management and stakeholder management skills with solid technical understanding of Salesforce and its integration ecosystem. * You will work closely with business teams, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Salesforce architects, developers, QA teams, integration teams and implementation partners to deliver high\-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. * 8\+ years of overall IT/project management experience, with significant Salesforce project experience. * 5\+ years managing Salesforce implementation or transformation projects. * Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. * Good working knowledge of Marketing Cloud. * Experience managing multi\-cloud Salesforce programmes is highly desirable. * Strong experience managing SI partners and technology vendors. * Experience with enterprise integrations and complex technology environments. * Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery. * Experience managing project budgets, scope, resources, risks and commercial commitments. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
