Role & Responsibilities. Design, configure, and deploy scalable OmniStudio solutions-integrating OmniScript, FlexCards, and DataRaptor across Salesforce Clouds. Translate complex business requirements into automated, low-code processes using OmniStudio orchestration tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to map customer journeys and build intuitive, dynamic UIs using FlexCards and Interaction Studios. Integrate OmniStudio with external systems (ERP, legacy databases, REST/SOAP APIs) using Integration Procedures and APIs. Optimize performance and maintainability of OmniStudio components through best practices, reusable templates, and documentation.
