Job Title: SATIC: Solution Architect (Senior Associate) Company: PwC South Africa Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: The Software Deployment Services (SDS) team delivers business application implementation, configuration, and optimisation across a range of enterprise platforms. We are seeking experienced systems professionals who can take ownership of defined areas of delivery, work directly with clients, and translate business requirements into practical technology solutions. The role offers the opportunity to work across multiple technologies, industries, and client environments rather than specialising in a single product. Candidates may bring experience in ERP, CRM, finance, property management or other business systems, with particular interest in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central welcomed. Senior Associates will lead key activities across the implementation lifecycle, support junior colleagues and contribute to improving the team’s delivery methods and reusable assets. They will also embrace AI\-enabled tools, automation and emerging technologies to improve delivery quality, efficiency and client outcomes. * 3 to 5 years’ experience in technology consulting, business applications, systems implementation, ERP, CRM, finance systems, property systems or a related field. * Experience contributing to at least one end\-to\-end implementation, upgrade, transformation or optimisation project. * Experience leading defined project activities or workstreams with appropriate oversight. * Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and process requirements. * Experience translating requirements into system configurations, functional specifications or process improvements. * Experience configuring or administering at least one enterprise business application. · Experience planning and supporting testing, defect resolution, user training, adoption and go\-live activities. * Experience working directly with client and internal stakeholders. * Experience producing clear project, process and system documentation. * Exposure to Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Sage Intacct, Certinia, Prophix, FloQast, Re\-Leased, Xelix or similar enterprise applications is advantageous. * Exposure to data migration, integrations or reporting is desirable. Responsibilities of role: * Deliver business application implementation, optimisation and transformation projects across a range of enterprise platforms. * Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective system solutions and process improvements. * Lead or support workshops, testing, training, data migration and go\-live activities. * Build strong client relationships and provide high\-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle. * Manage risks, issues and dependencies within assigned workstreams. * Support, coach and share knowledge with junior team members. * Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation and the adoption of AI\-enabled tools and automation. * Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and process\-mapping capabilities. * Practical system configuration and functional solution design skills. * Understanding of implementation lifecycles and delivery methods. * Knowledge of business processes across finance, operations, customer management, professional services or property management. * Experience with data migration, integrations, reporting or workflow automation. * Strong analytical and structured problem\-solving skills. * Confident written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to facilitate workshops and explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences. * Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship\-management skills. * Ability to organise and prioritise work across multiple activities. * Ability to learn new platforms, technologies and business processes quickly. * Interest in AI, automation and technology\-enabled transformation. * Experience supporting or coaching junior team members. Qualifications/Certifications required: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Management, Property Management, Computer Science or a related discipline. * Equivalent practical experience in business systems, technology, finance or operational functions will also be considered. * Relevant certification(s) in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage Intacct, Certinia or another enterprise business application is advantageous. * Working towards or interest in a professional qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, CA(SA) is beneficial Experience required: based in our* Johannesburg offices* . During the training period, attendance in the office will be required on a daily basis. Following the completion of training, candidates will transition to a hybrid working model.
