Senior Sap Fico Consultant (Trishiv)

The Senior SAP FICO Consultant will lead SAP FICO implementations from planning to go-live, configure financial processes, integrate with other systems, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. The role provides exposure to enterprise-scale SAP landscapes, offering opportunities for professional growth while working alongside experienced consultants and cross-functional technology teams. The role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, contributing to end-to-end project delivery and continuous process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will engage closely with business stakeholders to translate financial and operational requirements into robust SAP configurations that support long-term organizational growth. This position also offers exposure to enterprise-wide finance transformation programs and the chance to influence strategic decision-making at a senior level.

10–15 years of SAP FICO experience with leadership in implementations. Strong configuration and integration skills. Knowledge of financial accounting principles. Any Graduate qualification. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile or SAP Activate methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
