Maintenance Engineer - Maintenance Build & Operational Readiness

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - Maintenance Build & Operational Readiness Company: Dietsmann Operations & Maintenance Sevices SAP Module: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Role Purpose: The Maintenance Engineer will support Maintenance Build and Operational Readiness activities for greenfield/brownfield projects, combining practical field maintenance experience with maintenance strategy and readiness development. Key Responsibilities * Develop and review Equipment Criticality Assessments (ECA) based on equipment criticality, operational risk and business impact. * Develop and optimize Maintenance Programs using OEM recommendations, existing Maintenance Work Instructions (MWIs), reliability studies and field experience. * Develop On-Condition Monitoring (OCM) plans including appropriate monitoring techniques, parameters and frequencies. * Develop Maintenance Plans including maintenance strategies, task lists, frequencies, manpower and duration requirements. * Perform Lubrication Studies and develop lubrication plans, including lubrication points, lubricant selection, frequency and application methods. * Develop and review Spading Books and maintenance isolation requirements in coordination with operations/maintenance teams. * Support Base Operations and Campaign maintenance planning and task optimization. * Review and develop Maintenance Work Instructions (MWIs) ensuring practical and executable maintenance tasks. * Identify and validate critical spare parts, consumables, tools and special maintenance requirements based on equipment design, maintenance strategy and field experience. * Review equipment datasheets, P&IDs, vendor/OEM documents, maintenance manuals, drawings and other technical documentation to establish maintenance requirements. * Validate maintenance strategies against actual field conditions and ensure operational readiness prior to asset handover. * Analyze historical maintenance data, including SAP work orders, to support maintenance duration and task optimization. * Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Reliability, Inspection and other disciplines to resolve technical gaps and ensure integrated maintenance readiness. * Ensure maintenance deliverables are technically accurate, traceable and aligned with project/client requirements. Experience: Required Technical Skills: * Strong hands-on/field maintenance experience with rotating, static and/or mechanical equipment. * Practical experience in Maintenance Build / Maintenance Readiness / Operational Readiness. * Knowledge of: * Equipment Criticality Assessment * Maintenance Program / Strategy Development * On-Condition Monitoring * Maintenance Plan Development * Lubrication Study & Planning * Spading / Isolation Requirements * Maintenance Work Instructions * Spare Parts Identification & Optimization * Maintenance Task Duration Analysis * Ability to interpret P&IDs, equipment datasheets, vendor manuals, GA drawings and technical documentation. * Strong document review, technical writing and analytical skills. * Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. * Experience with SAP PM and/or other CMMS platforms. * Experience in greenfield/brownfield projects and operational readiness. * Exposure to RCM, FMEA/FMECA, RBI or reliability engineering. * Experience analyzing historical SAP maintenance/work-order data. * Oil & Gas / Offshore maintenance experience.
