Role:
Senior Salesforce Developer β RCA \+ Field Service
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, Apex classes, triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
β’ Implement Salesforce Field Service functionality, including work orders, work order line items, work types and service territories.
β’ Support photo capture and annotation functionality within Salesforce records and quote documents.
β’ Support SIT, UAT, go\-live, hypercare and technical documentation.

Requirements
β
2\+ years of hands\-on experience in Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
β
2\+ years of hands\-on Salesforce Field Service experience.
β
Experience with work orders, service territories, service resources and the Field Service mobile app.
β
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and Apex test classes.
β’ Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification.
β’ Revenue Cloud / CPQ certification.
β’ Experience with SharinPix or similar image capture and annotation packages.
