Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator – Sales Cloud and CPQ Company: Wingify Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin Specialist with deep functional expertise in Sales Cloud and CPQ. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will collaborate directly with business owners to gather requirements, translate operational needs into clear User Stories, oversee developer implementation, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure end\-to\-end delivery of high\-impact Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities * Requirement Gathering: Partner directly with business owners and Sales Leadership to capture business goals, operational pain points, and functional requirements. * Solution Brainstorming: Lead consultative brainstorming sessions to evaluate existing Sales Cloud and Dealhub CPQ capabilities, designing efficient, scalable business processes. * Process Mapping: Map end\-to\-end business workflows, quote\-to\-cash processes, approval logic, and pipeline management structures. 3\. Solution Delivery \& Developer Management * Hands\-On Functional Configuration: Configure core Sales Cloud features and Dealhub CPQ rules.. * Developer Coordination: Coordinate with Dev team for all development works related to the user stories created and make sure to have timely checks in place. * Project Oversight: Drive delivery momentum, ensuring developers stick to project timelines, quality standards, and acceptance criteria. * UAT Orchestration: Design test scenarios, author test scripts, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders. * Stakeholder Sign\-Off: Track defect resolution, collect formal stakeholder approval, and manage change management/end\-user enablement before go\-live.
