Senior Quality Automation Engineer

You'll have the opportunity to own our quality strategy, build intelligent automation frameworks and influence how we deliver technology at scale. Working alongside our developers and business stakeholders, you'll champion a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility. * Design, develop and maintain robust automated testing frameworks using tools such as Playwright and TypeScript. * Harness AI\-powered tools to accelerate test creation, maintenance and defect analysis. * Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket. * Test complex integrations across Salesforce, MuleSoft, AWS and third\-party platforms. * Lead performance and load testing to ensure our platforms can handle peak demand. * Conduct security testing aligned with OWASP standards and work with developers to address vulnerabilities. * Deliver seamless experiences through cross\-browser, mobile and accessibility testing. * Test real\-time learning experiences, including live classrooms, audio, video and session recordings. * Develop testing approaches for AI and LLM\-powered features. * Build automated evaluations to assess AI accuracy, consistency, reliability and safety. * Explore emerging AI testing tools and techniques to continuously improve engineering efficiency. * Frontend: React, TypeScript * Cloud: AWS, Cognito, Amplify * Data: PostgreSQL, Snowflake * CRM \& Integrations: Salesforce, MuleSoft * Learning Platform: Groupworld * Development \& Delivery: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket * Automation: Playwright, AI\-assisted testing tools and CI/CD pipelines * Hybrid flexibility, min 2 days in our Sydney CBD office * Supportive, social culture, team events, and a truly collaborative vibe * Inclusive environment, bring your whole self to work * Extra perks such as tutoring and camp discounts, birthday leave, wellness and more Work Location: Sydney, NSW, Australia Availability: Full time

We're looking for an experienced Senior Quality \& Automation Engineer who loves solving complex challenges, embraces AI and automation, and wants to make a real impact. * Experience with AWS, Salesforce or MuleSoft. * Exposure to React, PostgreSQL or cloud\-based applications. * Experience testing real\-time audio, video or online learning platforms. * Knowledge of WCAG accessibility testing. * Experience in EdTech, SaaS or subscription\-based businesses. * A relevant degree or industry certification such as ISTQB.
