Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Executive Company: Renew plus Hair & Skin Care Private Limited Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: About the Role We are looking for a results\-driven Performance Marketing specialist to own our paid advertising on Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will generate high\-quality leads, increase consultation bookings, and maximise return on ad spend across all our branches. You will plan, run, and optimise campaigns independently, with a focus on real business outcomes rather than clicks, reach, or impressions. Key Responsibilities * Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). * Build targeted campaigns for hair transplantation, dermatology, cosmetology, skin care, and aesthetic treatments. * Run campaigns across multiple branches and service lines at once. Optimisation and Budget Management * Track and improve CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS. * Allocate and manage monthly ad budgets effectively across platforms and branches. * Run regular A/B tests on creatives, headlines, landing pages, and audiences. * Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience and market research. * Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel. Lead Quality and Conversion * Work with the sales and telecalling teams to review lead quality and improve lead\-to\-appointment conversion. * Work with the creative team on ad creatives, videos, promotional campaigns, and landing pages. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations for management. * Identify and test new digital marketing opportunities to keep improving results. * Volume and quality of leads across branches * CPL and CPA * Consultation and appointment conversion rates * ROAS * Budget utilisation and campaign performance * Month\-on\-month growth Work Location: In person Work Location: Tamil Nadu, India Availability: Full time

Required Skills and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * 3–5 years of hands\-on experience in digital and performance marketing. * Strong practical expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a proven record in lead generation. * Experience managing monthly ad budgets. * Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel. * Skilled in conversion tracking, audience segmentation, remarketing, and campaign optimisation. * Strong analytical, reporting, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to run multiple campaigns across locations and business segments. * Able to plan and execute independently, without relying on external agencies. * Do you have experience in google ad's and meta ad's Key Skills: Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, Performance Marketing Salary: Not disclosed
