Digital Marketer Manager

Job Title: Digital Marketer Manager Company: Nirvann Applications Private Limited Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Plan and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. * Manage monthly advertising budgets of ₹2 crore or more. * Track CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other marketing KPIs. * Develop CRM campaigns using WhatsApp, email, SMS, and push notifications. * Manage social media channels and coordinate marketing creatives. * Plan campaigns around festivals and important religious occasions. * Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and prepare reports. * Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to improve conversions and retention. * Mentor junior team members and support marketing team growth. * Work with a fast\-growing consumer technology platform. * Take ownership of large\-scale marketing campaigns. * Work with AI\-powered marketing tools. * Grow into a leadership role. Requirements * 5\+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing. * Proven experience managing ₹2 crore\+ monthly advertising budgets. * Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and mobile app marketing. * Experience in CRM, customer retention, and lifecycle marketing. * Understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion optimisation. * Strong analytical, communication, and campaign management skills. * Experience with AI marketing tools and regional campaigns is an advantage.
