- Design, build and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter and other channels)
- Ensure the digital experience is consistent with the brand across all the digital platforms
- Establish and implement creative marketing campaigns by analysing business results, market trends and customer insights
- Responsible for driving new customer acquisition by using digital channels through advertisements and increase repeat purchase
- Develop customer engagement strategies and drive follower growth on the digital platforms enhancing consumer awareness, experience and engagement with the brand
