Job Title: Senior Consultant - SAP-SAP S4HANA EWM Company: Bristlecone Job Category: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a Senior Consultant for its S4 HANA Functional – Delivery team. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) on S/4HANA for clients in Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, and Hyderabad. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust warehouse solutions, ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, and provide high‑quality production support. Responsibilities * Lead design, configuration, and testing of SAP EWM on S/4HANA for inbound/outbound processes. * Conduct requirement gathering and translate business needs into functional specifications. * Configure warehouse structures, master data, and process flows in S/4HANA EWM. * Integrate EWM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, TM) and third‑party systems. * Provide hypercare and production support, including incident resolution and root‑cause analysis. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment. * Develop and deliver end‑user training and documentation. * Participate in full lifecycle EWM implementations from blueprint to go‑live. * Perform performance tuning and continuous improvement of warehouse operations. * Contribute to knowledge sharing and best‑practice repositories within the delivery team. Information Security Responsibilities * Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System. * Take part in information security training and act while handling information. * Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO). * Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role. Qualifications * 3–10 years of hands‑on experience with SAP EWM on S/4HANA. * Proven experience in end‑to‑end EWM implementation and support projects. * Strong understanding of inbound/outbound processes, warehouse operations, and inventory management. * Hands‑on configuration expertise in S/4HANA EWM (master data, process design, extensions). * Experience integrating EWM with SAP MM, SD, TM or other modules. * Ability to provide production support and incident management in a 24/7 environment. * Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and delivery teams. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). * SAP EWM certification (preferred) and willingness to travel to client sites in Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Hyderabad.
