Job Title: Intern, Information Systems & Technology (Jan to Jun 2027) Company: Mapletree SAP Module: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: This internship provides hands-on exposure to SAP support, system implementation activities, data migration, testing, and business processes. You will work closely with the IS&T team and gain practical experience supporting SAP FICO and Materials Management (MM) related projects and day-to-day operations. Job Responsibilities: * Support the SAP FICO team in Company Code Creation and Functional Currency Change projects, including data migration, testing, documentation, and project coordination. * Support the SAP MM team in handling Level 1 support tickets and user enquiries, including troubleshooting basic issues and escalating more complex cases to the relevant team members. * Assist with data migration activities, including data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and documentation to support data accuracy and completeness. * Prepare and execute UAT scripts, document test results, and support issue tracking and defect resolution. * Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, user guides, process documentation, and status reports. * Analyse, reconcile, and maintain project-related data using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. * Work closely with the internal IS&T team and relevant stakeholders to support project and operational requirements. Job Requirements: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related discipline. * Demonstrates a keen interest in enterprise systems, SAP, technology, and business processes. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Possesses good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. * Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to work accurately with data. * Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Proactive and willing to learn, with a positive attitude towards taking on new tasks and challenges. * Prior exposure to SAP or other ERP systems through coursework, academic projects, or previous internship experience would be advantageous.
