Job Title: Materials Store & Inventory supervisor Company: GE Vernova SAP Module: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description Summary The Store Supervisor overseeing the daily operations, work activities of the GRSS warehouse. In this role, you will be supervising a team, responsible for daily management of Goods receipt, storage, and distribution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Implement & enforce inventory controls strategies, materials management, monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to maintain accurate records. Job Description Essential Responsibilities: * Supervises daily store operations and executes inventory planning activities to support safe, accurate, and efficient material flow. * Maintains inventory accuracy through disciplined transactions, stock control, cycle count execution, and stock take activities. * Ensures materials are properly stored, identified, and accounted for to support audit readiness and traceability. * Maintains documentation and accurate records of store and inventory activities. * Oversees non-finished goods shipping activities to support material movement and operational requirements. * Supports material availability and timely replenishment to meet production requirements. * Monitors inventory movement and material presentation to support operational flow. * Drives adherence to standard work, process compliance, and continuous improvement within stores operations. * Promotes a safe working environment through team oversight and compliance with EHS requirements. Desired Characteristics Significant experience in the industry at a similar job. Knowledge in production management and SAP. Candidates with strong leadership skills are preferred.
