Job Title: Senior AI/ML Lead Company: Confidential Job Category: Machine Learning Roles & Responsibilities: Job Title : Senior AI/ML Lead / Architect Key Responsibilities :\- * Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for business applications. * Build end\-to\-end AI/ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization. * Develop and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases. * Work with structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, generate insights, and solve complex business problems. * Implement model monitoring, performance tuning, versioning, and retraining strategies. * Deploy AI/ML models using cloud platforms and containerization technologies. * Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, architects, and business stakeholders. * Ensure model scalability, reliability, security, and responsible AI practices. * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design decisions and best practices.
