Job Title: Scm Functional Consultant Company: Nish Technologies Job Category: SAP Ariba Roles & Responsibilities: Role: Functional – SCM Procurement Senior Analyst Experience: 10\+ Years Function: Supply Chain Management (SCM) Location: PAN India Work Mode: Hybrid / Work from Office Job Description: Key Responsibilities: * Lead end\-to\-end functional activities across Procurement and Supply Chain Management. * Gather business requirements, conduct stakeholder discussions, and translate business needs into functional specifications. * Drive procurement process optimization, including Procure\-to\-Pay (P2P), Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Supplier Management. * Configure and support procurement functionalities within ERP systems such as SAP MM, SAP Ariba, or Oracle Procurement. * Analyze procurement workflows, identify gaps, and recommend functional solutions aligned with business requirements. * Lead functional workshops, requirement gathering, fit\-gap analysis, and solution design. * Manage supplier onboarding, sourcing strategies, contract management, and vendor performance evaluation. * Support procurement system implementation, enhancements, integrations, testing, and deployment activities. * Prepare functional documentation, including BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and test scenarios. * Coordinate with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. * Lead UAT, defect resolution, and post\-implementation support. * Drive procurement transformation, automation, compliance, and cost optimization initiatives. 10\+ years of experience in SCM / Procurement Functional roles Strong functional expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain Management Procure\-to\-Pay (P2P) process Strategic Sourcing and tSupplier Managemen ERP Procurement Functional Knowledge Business Requirement Gathering \& Fit\-Gap Analysis Functional Configuration \& Solution Design Functional Documentation (BRD / FSD) UAT, Testing \& Implementation Support Stakeholder \& Vendor Management Work Location: Noida, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, India Availability: Full time
