SAP TM CONSULTANT

Educational Requirements. Bachelor of Engineering, BTech, BSc, BCA, MCA, MSc, MTech. Service Line. Enterprise Package Application Services. Responsibilities. Lead end-to-end SAP TM implementations, rollouts, and system enhancements. Conduct business requirement gathering, solution design, and architecture discussions. Configure and manage core SAP TM functionalities: Freight Order Freight Unit Management. Transportation Planning Optimization. Carrier Selection Tendering. Charge Management Freight Settlement. Drive transportation optimization and cost reduction strategies. Integrate SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA / ECC. SAP EWM, SD, MM modules. External logistics systems (3PL, carriers). Lead client workshops, blueprint sessions, and solution demos. Manage cutover, data migration, and go-live support. Provide production support and performance optimization. Ensure adherence to best practices and SAP standards. Mentor junior consultants and lead TM teams (for Lead roles). Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders. Additional Responsibilities. Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)Experience with SAP EWM integration for end-to-end logistics execution. Knowledge of SAP GTS and compliance processes. Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Experience with freight collaboration portals and external integrations. Familiarity with AI/ML-based transportation optimization tools. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies (JIRA, Azure DevOps). Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud / Power BI for logistics reporting. Exposure to global trade, taxation, and compliance processes.
