Key Responsibilities. Own and manage the end-to-end testing strategy and delivery for SAP SuccessFactors programmes. Lead SIT, UAT, regression, integration and end-to-end testing activities. Work closely with functional, technical and business teams to define test scenarios, cases and acceptance criteria. Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking and reporting. Coordinate testing across SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation and Learning. Ensure testing aligns with project timelines, quality standards and business requirements. Provide regular test status, risks, issues and progress reporting to programme stakeholders. Key Skills & Experience. Strong experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Test Manager / Test Lead. Hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation programmes. Experience managing SIT, UAT, regression and integration testing. Strong understanding of test management methodologies and defect management tools. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience delivering testing within large-scale enterprise SAP/HR programmes. SAP SuccessFactors certification or relevant testing certification is desirable.
