Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Test Analyst Company: Whitehaven Coal Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS Roles & Responsibilities: About the Role * We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Test Analyst to join our NSW SAP Transformation Program and play a key role in implementation, testing and transition of our enterprise HR technology landscape. * Working closely with HR Systems, Payroll, IT, project teams and vendors, you will support Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), testing, data validation and integrated workforce processes. * Develop and execute test scenarios, scripts and evidence. * Support end\-to\-end hire\-to\-retire testing across Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central and ECP. * Execute SIT, UAT and regression testing. * Investigate and support defect resolution. * Support payroll validation, reconciliation and parallel testing. * Perform data validation and migration readiness activities. * Support cutover, deployment readiness and hypercare. Work Location: Sydney, Australia Availability: Full time

* Minimum 2 years hands\-on SAP SuccessFactors experience. * Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central. * Experience executing SIT, UAT and regression testing. * Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and HR master data. * Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills. * Major SAP transformation program. * Exposure to SuccessFactors, ECP and UKG technologies. * Collaborative project environment. * Competitive salary package.
