SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant Company: Martian Wall SAP Module: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for experienced SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Consultants with strong hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting multiple SAP Human Capital Management modules. The ideal candidates will have functional expertise across SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, with a preference for professionals experienced in multiple modules. Candidates with specialized SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) expertise are also welcome. The consultants will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements, configure SAP solutions, optimize HR processes, troubleshoot issues, and support successful implementation and ongoing operations. Key Responsibilities * Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements. * Work across multiple SAP HCM/SuccessFactors modules, ensuring integration and consistency across HR processes. * Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate functional requirements into SAP solutions. * Support end-to-end HR processes, including employee data management, organizational management, time management, absence management, onboarding, and payroll, depending on module expertise. * Configure workflows, business rules, permissions, and other relevant module functionalities. * Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate defect resolution. * Support functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities. * Collaborate with technical, integration, and other functional teams to ensure seamless data flow across SAP systems. * Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and user guides. * Provide post-implementation support, resolve production issues, and recommend continuous improvements. * Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy requirements, and applicable payroll regulations. * Employee Central (EC) * Time Management and Absence Management * Onboarding * Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) * Integration with other SAP HR systems * Business rules, workflows, permissions, and reporting Work Location: India Availability: Full time
