SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) Consultant

Provide functional and technical expertise for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB 2.0) implementation projects. Handle ONB 2.0 configuration, testing support, system documentation, structured workbook configuration, and onboarding process optimization. Collaborate with onboarding leads and HR stakeholders to configure onboarding workflows, employee onboarding processes, and onboarding integrations. Work closely with related modules such as SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM), Employee Central (EC), ATS, HRIS, and ServiceNow integrations. Support onboarding implementations, onboarding process automation, employee mini-master configuration, and onboarding transformation initiatives while ensuring system performance and compliance.

Candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB 2.0) implementation, testing, support, and documentation. Must have completed at least 2 new ONB 2.0 implementations and possess certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, Onboarding 1.0, and Employee Central. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM), Employee Central, ATS, HRIS, ServiceNow integrations, XML integration, personnel administration, onboarding configuration, and change management is required. Strong analytical, configuration, documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills are preferred.
