SAP Module: SAP SuccessFactors Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description – SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant Role: SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant About the Role SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementation projects , with the ability to manage functional activities across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live support. The role requires close collaboration with HR, Learning & Development teams, business stakeholders, project managers, and technical/integration teams. KeyResponsibilities * Participate in and independently manage activities across end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations Configure and manage: o Learning Administration o Instructor Management o User and Learning Management * Configure automated learning assignments based on employee attributes, organizational structures, job roles, and other business criteria. * Manage user learning records, completion status, learning history, certifications, and compliance requirements. * Support * Configureand manage LMS notifications and automated communications. * Support integration of LMS with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules. * Work with technical teams on LMS integrations and interfaces. * Participate in * Support LMS data migration, including users, learning history, courses, curricula, certifications, and other relevant learning data. * Prepare migration templates, validate data, perform reconciliation, and resolvedata-quality issues. * Analyze and resolve functional issues raised during implementation and production support. * Support SuccessFactors quarterly releases and assess the impact of new functionality oon existingLMS configurations. * Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for administrators and business users. * Providepost-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations. at least one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation * Stronghands-on experience in LMS configuration and administration. * Good understanding of Learning Management processes and Learning & Development operations. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, Solution Designs, Configuration Documents, and Test Scripts * ConfigureSAP SuccessFactors LMS according to business requirements and SAP best practices. o Assessments 5–6 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience * Proven experience in o Certifications o Assessments * E Experience with data migration and validation. * Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. * Good understanding of LMS integration with Experience working with technical teams on integration requirements, mapping, testing, and troubleshooting will be an advantage.
