SAP Successfactors HRIS Admin

Idemia Syscom is hiring an SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Admin for its Noida office on a hybrid working model, supporting a product-based HR technology environment rather than a pure consulting engagement. You will translate business requirements into practical technical and functional solutions across Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, and Performance and Goal Management modules, working closely with internal stakeholders to keep configurations aligned with evolving HR processes. Managing application projects end-to-end is a core responsibility, alongside providing ongoing functional support and executing structured testing before changes reach production. Documentation of applications and configurations is expected, along with conducting user training sessions and handling Level 2 support tickets to keep the HRIS platform running smoothly for internal teams.

Candidates need 2-6 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, ideally spanning Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Compensation, and Performance and Goal Management modules within a product-based or in-house HRIS environment. Strong functional support skills are essential, including the ability to configure system settings and execute thorough testing before changes go live. Experience conducting user training and documenting application changes clearly is expected, since this role bridges technical configuration and end-user support. Comfort handling Level 2 support tickets independently is required, along with the ability to work effectively within a hybrid team structure based in Noida.
