SAP Module: SAP SuccessFactors Roles & Responsibilities: Role: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant About the Role SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects KeyResponsibilities * Participate in and independently manage activities across end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations o PositionManagement o Role-BasedPermissions (RBP) * Support core HR processes including * Support Employee Central data migration, including data preparation, validation, import/export, and reconciliation. * Work with technical/integration teams on Employee Central integrations and interfaces. * Supportintegrations involving * Analyze SAP SuccessFactors quarterly releases and assess their impact on existing configurations. * Support enhancement, incident, and production-support activities. * Prepare user guides, training material, process documentation, and conductknowledge-transfer sessions. * Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, integration teams, HR teams, and client stakeholders. * Ensure solutions are aligned with SuccessFactors best practices and project standards. at least one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation ; multiple implementations are preferred. o PositionManagement * Experience supporting SuccessFactors quarterly releases. * Exposure to global HR implementations or rollouts. * Experience working with geographically distributed teams. Candidates who have independently handled Employee Central configuration and client-facing implementation activities will be preferred.
