Role & responsibilities. Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively. Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP SuccessFactors. Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management strategies. Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations. Managing project budgeting and timelines to align with client objectives. Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency. Supporting change management efforts to facilitate successful adoption of new systems. Developing and maintaining meaningful client connections to anticipate and address their needs. Applying strategic human resource planning to support clients in achieving their strategic objectives. Leveraging workforce analytics to provide actionable insights for human resources transformation. Preferred candidate profile. At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials. Navigating complex client situations with strategic human resource planning. Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data for insights and recommendations. Developing business process improvements in SAP Human Capital Management. Managing human resources transformation projects with change management strategies. Building meaningful client connections through effective communication and empathy
