SAP Successfactors Consultant

Recruito is hiring a fully remote SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to configure and maintain Employee Central while supporting connected Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, and Compensation modules for client engagements. You will manage MDF objects, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions that govern how Employee Central behaves across different user groups and organizational structures. Integration work forms a significant part of the role, using SAP CPI, OData, and SFAPI to connect SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems and keep data flowing accurately between platforms. Production support responsibilities round out the position, requiring the consultant to troubleshoot live issues quickly and maintain system stability for clients who depend on Employee Central for day-to-day HR operations.

Candidates need 2-5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience, including practical configuration of MDF objects, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions. Strong integration skills are essential, with working knowledge of SAP CPI, OData, and SFAPI required to support connections between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications. Exposure to Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, or Compensation modules is valuable given the cross-module support expected in this role. Candidates must be comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup, including handling production support issues that require prompt, self-directed troubleshooting without close in-person supervision.
