Job Description
Provide technical and functional expertise for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and support projects. Configure employee master data, organizational management, position management and personnel administration processes. Conduct workshops, deliver user training, troubleshoot implementation issues, prepare reports and collaborate with clients to implement HR transformation initiatives across cloud-based HR platforms.
Requirements
3-6 years of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors experience with strong expertise in Employee Central. Deep understanding of Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Performance Management, Goal Management and Learning Management modules. Experience in client-facing consulting, requirement gathering, training delivery and issue resolution required.
