Role & responsibilities. Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules. Configure compensation templates, guidelines, budgets, eligibility rules, forms, workflows, and business rules. Design and manage annual compensation review cycles, merit increases, promotions, bonuses, and reward programs. Integrate Compensation with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules. Analyze business requirements and provide best-practice recommendations. Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities. Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support. Prepare functional specifications, design documents, and training materials. Support bi-annual SuccessFactors releases and enhancement activities. Work closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
