The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Middle East Payroll, Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central Integration, and Payroll Posting to SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, implementation, integration, testing, and support of SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll solutions across global and Middle East regions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. Design and implement payroll solutions for Middle East countries including: Manage payroll processing, retro calculations, off-cycle payroll, year-end activities, and statutory reporting. Work Location: Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru, India Availability: Full time

Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA. Experience in payroll posting and finance reconciliation processes. Exposure to global payroll and localization requirements.
