Working with industry giants like Tetra Pak, we deliver high-availability, process-optimized SAP ecosystems that scale with business growth—combining deep domain expertise with agile technical execution. Role & Responsibilities * Provide end-to-end SAP SD support for Tetra Pak’s global sales and distribution ecosystem, ensuring 24/7 system uptime and SLA compliance. * Resolve critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes for order-to-cash, pricing, and delivery processes. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine SD configuration, enhance automation, and align with evolving CRM and logistics workflows. * Lead change management for SD enhancements, including testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support. * Document technical solutions, maintain runbooks, and mentor junior AMS team members on SAP SD best practices. * Partner with SAP Basis, ABAP, and MM teams to resolve cross-module dependencies and optimize system performance. * Must-Have * SAP SD * AMS * Tetra Pak * Order-to-Cash * SD Configuration * Incident Management * Change Management * SLA Compliance * Preferred * SAP MM * ABAP Basics * CRM Integration Skills: sap,basic,sd,tetra pak,abap,management,crm Work Location: Delhi, India Availability: Full time
