Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Development Lead Company: Kasmoprav Job Category: SAP ABAP Roles & Responsibilities: Hiring: SAP S/4HANA Development Lead We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Development Lead to lead technical development across enterprise ERP initiatives, integrations, enhancements, upgrades, and transformation programs. The candidate will drive technical excellence, development automation, AI-assisted engineering, team capability building, and high-quality delivery across global SAP programs. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Architecture * Lead SAP S/4HANA development across custom solutions, enhancements, integrations, and strategic initiatives. * Provide hands-on technical guidance and architectural direction to development teams. * Establish coding standards, development guidelines, and SAP best practices. * Ensure scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performance solutions. * Support S/4HANA upgrades, migrations, and ERP transformation initiatives. * Drive Clean Core principles and modern SAP extensibility practices. SAP Development & Innovation * Develop and optimize solutions using modern ABAP syntax (7.6+), ABAP Objects, and ABAP on HANA. * Design and implement CDS Views, AMDP, and SQLScript solutions. * Develop applications using RAP, SAP Gateway, OData services, and SAP UI5. * Support integrations between SAP S/4HANA, external applications, and enterprise systems. * Evaluate and implement SAP BTP capabilities and cloud-based development approaches. * Identify opportunities to improve development productivity through AI, automation, testing, and DevOps practices. Team Leadership & Capability Building * Lead, mentor, and coach SAP developers and technical delivery teams. * Strengthen the technical capabilities of the existing development team. * Promote knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and engineering excellence. * Build competency in emerging SAP technologies and modern development frameworks. Delivery & Stakeholder Management * Manage development planning, effort estimation, resource allocation, and execution. * Coordinate multiple parallel development initiatives while maintaining quality and timelines. * Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies. * Collaborate with Product Managers, Functional Leads, Enterprise Architects, PMO, and international IT/business stakeholders. * Ensure effective knowledge transfer and sustainable delivery practices. * 2 years of experience leading SAP development or technical delivery teams. * Experience working with large international enterprises. * Strong stakeholder management, mentoring, and technical governance skills. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Ability to work with global teams and adapt to changing business priorities. * Experience with SAP BTP extensions and cloud-native SAP development. * Exposure to global SAP rollout projects. * Experience introducing AI-assisted development, automation, modern testing, and DevOps practices. * Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA upgrade and transformation programs.
