Job Title: Sap QM Consultant Company: Capgemini Job Category: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: Role \& responsibilities Desired Skills \& Experience • 3 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects. • Minimum of 5 years designing and configuring QM modules knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules (MM and PP experience is an asset). • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time • Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset • Understanding of accounting business processes • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others • Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can\-do attitude adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness Role Responsibilities: * Must be detail oriented, self\-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills * Strong communication and presentation skills * Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level * Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required * Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams * Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements * Ability to articulate and present different points\-of\-views on various technologies * Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and travel Work Location: Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai (All Areas), India Availability: Full time
