Middleware Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in SAP PO, SAP CPI, and IBM middleware platforms. SAP Development: Proficiency in ABAP programming, Fiori application development, and SAP Portal administration. Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing large technical teams (1520 associates). Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple integration and application projects simultaneously. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex enterprise landscapes. 10+ years of experience in middleware and SAP technologies. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing large technical teams. Certifications in SAP CPI, SAP PO, IBM middleware, or related platforms preferred.
