SAP Project Manager

Role & responsibilities:. Drive end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects, managing project scope, budget, timelines, resources, risks, issues, quality, dependencies and communication. Lead SAP S/4HANA and ECC projects across FI/CO/SD/MM/PP/PM/QM functional teams in multi-vendor, multi-country and MNC environments. Develop project plans, manage SAP Activate methodology, cutover and go-live activities, stakeholder engagement, change management, governance, RAID management, executive reporting and Steering Committee meetings. Lead and motivate cross-functional SAP teams, manage escalations, ensure timely delivery, and drive Agile/Scrum, Lean, DevOps and Cloud transformation initiatives while ensuring project quality and successful business outcomes.
