Sap Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 HANA Project Manager with strong expertise in any of the core functional module (FICO / MM/ PPQM/ SD) to lead SAP implementations, rollouts, enhancement, BAU projects. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of business processes, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive business transformation through SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities. Lead end-to-end SAP projects: implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements. Collaborate with business stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Apply functional expertise in SAP MM / PP / QM / FICO / SD for solution decisions. Ensure seamless integration across SAP modules. Drive requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment. Manage cutover activities and post-go-live support. Improve business processes in finance, accounting, and operations. Handle stakeholder communication and align projects with business goals. Lead change management, user training, and adoption initiatives. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage BAU support team and monitor system performance against SLAs. Required Skills & Qualifications. 1015 years of SAP experience. Minimum 5+ years in any SAP functional module (FICO / MM / SD / PP / QM). Strong experience in SAP project management (implementation, rollout, support). Understanding of cross-module integration (SD, FICO, MM, PP, etc.). Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills. Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration. Ability to manage multiple projects and drive business transformation. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. PMP or SAP Activate certification (mandatory). SAP functional certification (preferred). Preferred Experience. Exposure to SAP Fiori and SAP BTP. Industry experience in Banking, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Automotive, or Pharma
