Requirements
• Experience in 3rd party vendor management and liaison. • Should be capable of handling small/medium size team. • Should have worked in dynamic environment with mix of IBM and non-IBM teams. • Should be able to influence decision-making and able to drive project delivery. • Capable of driving initiatives for base account growth, GP/productivity improvement through ticket analytics, automation, lean etc.
