Job Title: SAP PPQM Consultant / SAP ABAP Consultant | 2 Openings |. Mumbai (Andheri West)*. Location: Andheri West, Mumbai - Work From Office (Monday to Saturday)*. Experience: 3 to 12 Years*. About the Role:*. We are hiring 2 SAP Consultants for our SAP S/4HANA support team for a manufacturing setup based in Mumbai. One opening is for SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant and second is for SAP ABAP Technical Consultant. Both roles will work closely with Operations, Quality, Logistics, Purchase and IT teams for daily support, new developments, configurations and continuous improvements. ================================================================*. POSITION 1: SAP PP QM Consultant*. Role Overview:*. Responsible for supporting SAP S/4HANA activities related to Production Planning and Quality Management including master data management, system configuration, incident management and new report development.

Key Responsibilities:*. Support SAP S/4HANA activities related to BOM, Routing, Work Center, Production Version. Manage master data validation, creation and maintenance for PP and QM modules. Handle Quality Management processes: Inspection Planning, MIC creation and maintenance, Result Recording, Usage Decision (UD), QM Notifications, Quality Certificates. Provide daily SAP incident management, troubleshooting and end-user support and training. Gather requirements from Operations, Quality, Logistics and Purchase teams and ensure smooth business operations. Execute SAP configuration changes to support business processes. Work on new SAP enhancements based on business requirements. Develop new custom reports and coordinate with technical ABAP team. Maintain and reconcile stock activities and manufacturing master data. Work on cross-functional integration with SAP SD, MM, FI/CO modules. Handle mass data changes in SAP S/4HANA using standard tools (BDC, LSMW, BAPI). Ensure proper documentation for configurations, processes and enhancements. Required Skills for PPQM:*. Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP/QM in S/4HANA Manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of BOM, Work Center, Routing, Production Version. Knowledge of BAPI, BADI, User Exit. Experience in Custom Report Development. Experience in SAP Data Migration and Mass Changes. Inspection Planning, Result Recording, Usage Decision, QC Processes. ================================================================*. POSITION 2: SAP ABAP Consultant / ABAP Configuration Analyst*. Role Overview:*. Responsible for SAP ABAP development, configuration, customization and support. To handle tickets, change requests and new developments within defined SLAs. Key Responsibilities:*. Handle SAP ABAP configuration, customization and development changes as per business requirements. Resolve tickets, issues and change requests raised by SAP functional team within defined timelines. Perform SAP ABAP programming, debugging, testing and enhancements. Develop and modify RICEFW objects - Reports (ALV, Classical), Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms. Work on BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, Workflow. Develop and maintain SmartForms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts. Perform Data Migration using BDC, LSMW, BAPIs, LTMC. Coordinate with internal departments to understand process requirements and implement suitable SAP solutions. Analyze existing SAP functionalities and recommend improvements for operational efficiency. Provide technical support for SAP modules and troubleshoot system-related issues. Ensure proper documentation of developments, configurations and technical specifications. Support SAP system upgrades, testing, migration and integration activities. Maintain data accuracy, system stability and process optimization within SAP. Performance tuning and debugging of existing programs. Required Skills for ABAP:*. Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP on S/4HANA (5+ Years minimum). Expertise in RICEFW, ALV Reporting, Classical Reports. Strong knowledge of BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Enhancement Framework. SmartForms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts, Workflow. Data Migration tools - BDC, LSMW, BAPI, LTMC. Debugging, Performance Tuning, Code Optimization. Good understanding of integration with functional modules like PP, QM, MM, SD, FI. Experience in handling SAP support tickets and change management. ================================================================*. Requirements for Both Positions:*. Good to Have:*. SAP ECC to S/4HANA Migration experience. Product Costing knowledge. Third party system integrations experience. AMS Delivery Management. SLA / KPI Management.
