Industrial Engineer

Job Title: Industrial Engineer Company: CP HR Services Pvt.Ltd Job Category: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Role : Industrial Engineer Department: Industrial Engineering Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement line balancing, cycle time studies, and time-and-motion studies. * Improve productivity, efficiency, and overall equipment utilization across SMT and assembly lines. * Conduct manpower planning and optimize resource utilization as per production requirements. * Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma concepts. * Monitor and improve KPIs such as OEE, UPH, cycle time, productivity, and rejection rates. * Prepare and maintain process flow charts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions. * Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance. * Support new product introduction (NPI), process layout planning, and production line setup. * Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. * Identify cost-reduction opportunities and implement waste-reduction measures. YoE: 1-3 years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production or Electronics Engineering * Knowledge of EMS manufacturing processes, preferably SMT, THT, PCB assembly, and final assembly. * Experience in time study, line balancing, capacity planning, and productivity improvement. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and root cause analysis. * Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SAP/ERP and AutoCAD will be an advantage. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
