SAP PP and QM Consultant

SAP PP/QM Consultant. Experience: 3+ Years. Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune/ Coimbatore. Job Overview. Looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP ECC/S/4HANA, production planning, quality management, and PP-QM integration.

Key Responsibilities. Configure and support SAP PP processes including MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, Demand Management, and Capacity Planning. Configure and support SAP QM processes including Inspection Plans, MIC, Sampling Procedures, QM Notifications, Quality Info Records, and DMR. Handle PP-QM integration, including Inspection Types 03/04. Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, testing, UAT, Go-Live, and hypercare activities. Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve PP/QM issues within SLA. Prepare Functional Specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams. Work with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PM, and external systems. Exposure to MES/Anaplan integration, IDocs, and APIs is an added advantage. Required Skills. Strong SAP PP & QM hands-on experience. Good knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes. Experience in SAP ECC/S/4HANA. Experience in implementation/support projects. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. SAP PP/QM certification is preferred.
