Job Title: SAP PP and QM Consultant Company: SRS Infoway Job Category: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: An SAP PP/QM Consultant with 3 years of experience in the automotive industry and SAP S/4HANA specializes in leading end\-to\-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules to support efficient manufacturing and quality processes. The consultant collaborates closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit\-gap and fit\-to\-standard workshops, and design scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with business objectives. Their expertise includes production planning processes such as MRP, BOM, routing, capacity planning, shop floor execution, and quality management processes including inspection planning, quality notifications, defect management, and compliance. They lead full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations encompassing solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), go\-live, and hypercare support, while ensuring seamless integration with cross\-functional modules such as MM, SD, EWM, and MES systems. With strong automotive domain knowledge, they drive process standardization across plants, enhance operational efficiency and quality governance, support master data management and migration activities, deliver user training and documentation, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives by recommending best practices and continuous improvements in production and quality operations.
