PDC Production Supervisor

Role & responsibilities. To monitor PDC production as per targets. To monitor process parameters on machine. Die loading and unloading as per norms. To monitor Production plan Vs Actual production as per norms. Man power planning and efficiency. To co- ordinate with quality, maintenance, utility team. To ensure and follow all safety rules. To maintain housekeeping and 1S - 2S of responsible zone. To monitor smooth material handling. To Train the Trainees. Production booking as per actual production. To analysis of die and machine breakdown & to take decision for immediate corrective actions. Preventive actions for repetitive machine stoppages. Preferred candidate profile. Thorough knowledge of PDC machine. Knowledge of correction for rejection control. System knowledge of TS / OHSAS , EMS and TPM. Basic knowledge of Buhler Evolution & Carat Machines. Basic knowledge of ABB robot & Wollin Auto sprayers. Basic knowledge Jet cooling system. Basic knowledge of heating cooling units. Basic knowledge of Vacuum assist die casting process. Experience of HPDC process for above 800 ton HPDC machines only advisable Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
