SAP Payroll & ABAP HR Consultant

Manage end-to-end SAP US Payroll processing and configuration activities. Handle payroll schemas, calculation rules, gross-to-net processing, retro calculations, accruals, wage types, payroll forms, garnishments, benefits administration, time management integration, and payroll accounting integration. Work on enhancements, production support, issue resolution, debugging, and business requirement analysis while collaborating with project stakeholders.

Minimum six years of SAP US Payroll experience with strong knowledge of payroll schema configuration, payroll calculation rules, wage types, benefits administration, time management, FI integration, ABAP debugging, system enhancements, and production support. Ability to provide techno-functional solutions and manage payroll lifecycle activities effectively.
