Job Description
The SAP HR HCM Consultant will implement and configure SAP HCM modules including PA,OM,TM,and CATS while coordinating Workday integrations. Responsibilities include analyzing HR business processes,providing end-user training,maintaining system documentation,and supporting payroll and employee lifecycle operations.
Requirements
Candidates should possess 6-10 years of SAP HR HCM experience with strong knowledge of Workday interfaces and integration points with FICO,PS,and CATS modules. Strong communication and integration expertise are required.
