Job Description
The Junior SAP-HR Module Consultant will assist in configuration, maintenance, and support of SAP-HR modules including PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll. The consultant will support day-to-day operations, resolve issues, work with functional and technical teams for enhancements, prepare documentation for system processes and user manuals, participate in requirement gathering and testing phases, collaborate with HR teams to deliver effective SAP solutions, and maintain data accuracy and integrity in SAP-HR systems.
Requirements
1-2 years of SAP-HR module support/configuration experience. Basic understanding of HR processes. Strong communication skills. Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems preferred. Any Graduate qualification.
