SAP HR ABAP - Staff

This SAP HR ABAP Staff role at EY involves contributing to end-to-end implementations of SAP HCM/ECP systems for clients worldwide. You will analyze and propose solutions for requirements received from clients and Functional consultants, developing, documenting, and delivering solutions with utmost quality adhering to EY best practices. Daily responsibilities include actively participating in the entire lifecycle of SAP HCM implementations including design, estimation, development, documentation, testing, and taking ownership wherever required. You will collaborate with experts, architects, and project managers to ensure highest standards of delivery within stipulated timelines, drive improvements and innovations in development processes, and engage with customers during different phases of product development.

The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in SAP as ABAP HR developer with good exposure to HCM Module. Development experience in ABAP 7.40 or higher is preferred. Good understanding of Payroll processing in SAP HCM and experience in Payroll application development is required. Good experience in Interface implementations using OData, IDocs, RFCs, and Form developments is essential. Expertise in various Enhancement Implementation options is required. Knowledge of Integration techniques like PTP, BIB, and Exposure to Employee Central Payroll, Payroll control centre, and SF Employee Central is preferred. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable.
