Job Title: SAP HR ABAP Consultant - VOIS Company: VOIS Job Category: SAP ABAP Roles & Responsibilities: About This Role We are seeking a skilled SAP HR ABAP Consultant with over four years of experience in SAP HCM/HR technical development. This role is ideal for an individual with strong expertise in ABAP within HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM), alongside a working understanding of integration scenarios, including SAP Integration Suite (CPI). What You’ll Do Design, develop, and support SAP HR (HCM) ABAP solutionsWork extensively with infotypes, payroll, time management, and organisational managementDevelop and enhance: Build and optimise HR\-specific ABAP objects such as macros and function modulesPerform payroll\-related enhancements including PU12Manage secure bank file transfers, including encryption processesDevelop data migration and data upload solutions using LSMW, BAPIs, or custom programsDebug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecksCollaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders for requirement analysisParticipate in code reviews, testing cycles, and deployment activitiesWork on IDoc\-based integration interfaces * Infotypes and HR data structures * HR function modules (PA/OM) * Payroll and time management fundamentals What Skills You Will Learn Advanced SAP HCM ABAP development techniquesSAP Integration Suite (CPI) and API\-based integrationsEnd\-to\-end HR system integration and data migration strategiesPerformance optimisation and debugging in complex SAP environmentsExposure to modern SAP technologies such as S/4HANA concepts and OData services Work Location: Pune Division, Maharashtra, India Availability: Full time
