CRM Technical Consultant

Job Title: CRM Technical Consultant Company: Infosys Job Category: SAP ABAP Roles & Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities * Implement and support SAP Trade Management 4.0+, including technical design and enhancements. * Develop and customize SAP CRM WebUI components using BOL/GenIL frameworks. * Manage CRM-S/4HANA and CRM-BI integration scenarios, including monitoring queues and loads. * Perform CRM ABAP development using ABAP OO, BAdIs, Enhancements, and One Order Framework. * Support CRM core modules including Sales, Service, and Marketing frameworks. * Deep knowledge of CRM Middleware, including initial/delta loads, queue monitoring, and debugging. * Exposure to UI5 enhancements in Trade Management and RICEFW objects.
