SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Lead SAP HCM Payroll implementations for Indian payroll environments. Participate in requirement gathering workshops, build activities, training programs, testing cycles, and data migration projects. Configure Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS, interfaces, and Fiori applications. Support SuccessFactors integration with SAP S/4HANA landscapes and act as primary stakeholder contact.

Minimum five years SAP HCM experience with strong Indian Payroll expertise. Experience in at least two end-to-end payroll implementations covering workshops, configuration, testing, training, and migration. Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, SuccessFactors integration, stakeholder management, communication skills, and leadership capabilities.
